CA. Pradeep Bhat

Mr. Pradeep Bhat has a good academic track record. He was the Taluka Level Topper in 2nd PUC Commerce for Bhatkal Taluk for the year 2005-06. He is a Commerce Graduate (B. Com) from Karnatak University, Dharwad with an aggregate of 82.55% marks. He graduated in the year 2008- 09. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 2011 Exams. He is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He got admitted as an Associate member on 01-Apr2012. He got admitted as a Fellow Member on 5-Mar-2022. He has been practicing as a CA since 09-Jul-2012 and is the founder of M/s Pradeep Bhat & Co, Chartered Accountants.

He has worked with M/s GMR Infrastructure Limited as Management Trainee, Group Consolidation before starting his own practice as a CA. He has an experience of over Twelve (12) Years as a practicing CA. He specializes in Accounting, Corporate Laws, Income Tax and Goods and Services Tax (GST).

He has also cleared the Online Proficiency Self-Assessment Test for Independent Directors' Databank and is now eligible to be appointed as an Independent Director as per the Provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
